Shipping is done via the Dutch national post-office. Their terms, conditions and policies apply.

Return Policy

Full refund if returned within 2 weeks of shipment,
Zoo Children or any of it's members/business partners hold no responsibility in case of damage, loss, delay or any other type of problems with shipment.
If by any unforeseen means the shipment is rendered impossible, paid items will be fully refunded.
